Franconia is our chosen home, we come from a big city and have consciously decided to move to a vastly green environment. Our own motivations for this decision natuarally play a large role in providing arguments for winning skilled employees for the countryside, we can spark enthusiasm.
Moreover, the variety of great, innovative, also down-to-earth, modern and sometimes peculiar companies in rural areas are always fascinating - and clocks may tick differently there. Exposing the intrinsic motivators and waking the courage for something new, that's our domain. Contacts developed this way are on a long-term basis and we value quality over quantity - in regard to our processes and especially with people.
